Export options
Both options export as a CSV file that downloads directly to your browser’s
default download folder.
Exporting from the Accounts list

Open Accounts
Select from the sidebar.

Open the export menu
Click the dropdown arrow next to the green button
in the top right. A menu appears with export options alongside the quick-create shortcuts.

Choose your export
Select or . The CSV
downloads immediately.
Exporting from the Campaigns list

Open Campaigns
Select from the sidebar.

Exporting from the Line Items list
Line items can be exported from two places — the global Line Items page, or from within an individual Campaign.From the global Line Items page

Open Line Items
Select from the sidebar.

button in the top right.

From within a campaign

Open the campaign
Navigate to the campaign and scroll down to the Line Items section.

Click the dropdown arrow next to the button
within the Line Items table.

Select . This exports all line items belonging to that
campaign only.
Filtering before export
If you only need a subset of records, apply filters before exporting and then use . This lets you export by status, date range, account, or any other available filter without exporting your entire dataset.What’s included in the export
The CSV export includes all columns visible in the list view at the time of export. Columns you have hidden will not appear in the file.Column visibility is set using the column toggle controls in the toolbar
to the left of the button. Adjust which columns are shown
before exporting if you need a specific set of fields.
